I've been saying this for years. It's stupid that FBS doesn't do it this way. There is no logical argument against it.

I think that WR is seriously hurt. However, I don't know how you make a targeting call stand there. He was getting pulled down from behind. I don't know how you can establish that the WR's head collided because of intent.

This could be going a lot better for us. Let's hope that Purdue's second half issues continue.

Agreed. I'm wondering how you can uphold that call when the player is getting pulled to the ground right before the defender arrives.

Do I want the penalty? No. However, I kinda like the coach getting in the refs face after blown calls like that. He's only doing what I wish I could do. IMO, the conference commissioners should send the message that there will be no place for refs who can't take getting their butt chewed out for not...
