Stroh Center Photo

Hey all, Just wanted to share a panorama I made of the Stroh Center today. Stopped by on my way through town to check it out, and made this: http://tstreetman.com/images/stroh.jpg I took a few more shots while I was there, and I'm thinking about getting a few of them printed. Pretty psyched to final...

Alzheimer's Memorial Charity Golf Tournament

Hey guys! I know I haven't been around much (or at all) lately, but I wanted to drop by and promote this for anyone who might be interested. We're holding the second annual Alzheimer's Memorial Charity Golf Tournament in Fenton, MI at the Coyote Preserve Golf Club on July 16. All proceeds benefit th...

Re: Details on tonight's announcement...

Sneaking out of the shadows to voice my immense gratitude for this gift. It's a testament to both the efforts of the Athletic Department administration and the generosity of Mr. Frack. Think about it. In the past few years, we've had two incredible multi-million dollar donations to the BGSU basketba...

Re: Watching the game in East Lansing

Haha, sorry, I guess I was a bit unclear. What I meant was to see if anyone who was in East Lansing was going out to a bar to watch the BG/UT game tonight.

Watching the game in East Lansing

Anyone in (or near) East Lansing going to be watching the game at a bar?

I don't have cable and also don't really have many friends up here yet, so I figured this was worth a try.

Drop me a PM if you're interested in meeting up to watch the game.

Re: Peregrinner

How about another update? I haven't been around the boards much, but I figured I'd provide a quick update in case anyone may be interested. Last time I updated this, I was working as an intern for the Mud Hens/Walleye and looking for full-time work. Despite hints here and there that there may have b...

No worries. Keep an eye out next year. We're hoping to make this a yearly event.

Also, if you know anyone else who might be interested, please pass the info along. It's a great course and a great cause!

Re: Detroit Area - Alzheimer's Memorial Charity Golf Tournam

Yep. Back again, bumping the tournament thread.

We're working on getting some great raffle prizes and maybe even some special guests.

Even if you're not in the area or not interested in attending, it would mean a lot to me if you'd pass it on to anyone you think might be.

Thanks!

One of the quotes I've seen from people today:

Giant Jesus statue torched by lightning. Porn shop next-door unharmed.

I'm going to assume that is also Trader's World.

Or Jungle Jim's.

Re: RIP Big Butter Jesus

At least they still have the anatomically correct Trader's World horse down there to weird things up.

I never liked that stretch of road.

I'm sure those of you who are friends with me on Facebook or follow me on Twitter are tired of seeing this, but I'm probably going to keep bumping this until the day of the tournament.

Flint, MI Area -Alzheimer's Memorial Charity Golf Tournament

My family has spent the last couple of months planning a charity golf tournament to benefit the Greater Michigan Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. The event will take place in Fenton, MI (about an hour outside of Detroit) on July 24th. The link below is to a flyer I've prepared for the event, ...

Glad to see Wingels gone. He's the dirtball who shot the puck into the student section and took the flying leap into the fray during the big fight, right?

Re: Spring Game Tailgate Roll Call

I'm planning to make it out to the game. I have to work tomorrow, and it's a 2 hour drive back from here to BG. If I have some time beforehand, I'll stop by to say hello.
