Orignally posted by dannyk: BGfan, if you look at my comments im refering to the guys we scratch and guys on our 3rd and 4th lines etc. this is were we drop off considerably. Cepis is a great find for BG but unfortunatley I doubt his success in juniors will transalate to a tougher college game. I s...

It has to be said....I've seen it on the ice and now I see it here. Rich Meloche sure does know how to rile the crowd up! :) :-D Yes, he quit. He quit a bad situation. Falcon Fanatic: I am sure Rich did say to post what you wrote and you talked about more than just BG Hockey, but I am also sure he a...

Tech83....you continue to call certain posters clowns, and malcontents who have/had no heart while playing for BG, who have now infected this team with their malice and venomous behavior? At this point you my friend are name calling and the one with the venomous attitude, bigdogs post was a bit of s...

Acutally, both are true. Rich injured his wrist right before the ND games, and didn't play. So, yes he is injured still, but played last weekend. But it is also true that Rich is graduating and QUIT the team. It is also true that he is/was one of the hardest workers on this team and the team will su...

[/quote] Orignally posted by Tech83: Sticks ..... body fat.... yeah got it. No my friend, I read all those things. A craftsman never blames his tools. It's all a broken record. Basically what you are saying is that our players do not have the mental strength, fortiture, and heart to overcome adversi...

Tech83: It is obvious you didn't read that post, you because you only took one thing and one thing only away from it. He has favorites stuff aside, there were just a few more points in it that effect a players ability to play hockey. Perhaps you missed the items about sticks, body fat testing (many ...

The idea is not for you yourself to do alone. Just like no one player can do it on their own, unless they play singles tennis or are a long distance runner. :D In that respect think of yourself as part of the team. And, when part of a team and the team believes they have the found a problem I would ...

Not as crucial????? The coach makes the plays, the coach sets the line-up, the coach allows the same mistakes to happen over and over. The players execute or try to what they have been coached to do. I agree to a certain extent, the players themselves could make a difference and change things on the...

So it is the repetition that is bothering you, well it bothers and frustrates me too! I am tired of losing every freaking game. I support the players and their effort, they work their but off every game with nothing to show for it. What I don't support is the same bad coaching decisions I have witne...
