Game ends up a 2-2 tie. 2 points on the weekend for each team, which leaves us tied for second place in the league with Michigan Tech (with two games in hand). Mavs looked tired for the last two periods, and the Falcons certainly played better than yesterday. Too many penalties on both sides, though...

The way this legislation was introduced is shady, the "problem" it solves is questionable, and the Big Ten should be ashamed. College hockey is producing NHL players at an all time high, and these types of rules could inhibit kids coming to college in favor of major junior hockey instead. ...
