The above post was probably brought to you by either a TCU fan or a BCS school fan.
How soon they forget.

Tiger fan married to a Falcon fan.

Re: Marshall predictions...

Hey, every BGSU win makes the Tigers look better now, so you've got another fan! Actually, I've followed Falcon football since my wife and I were married 17 years ago. Good luck with the Thundering Herd today. I watched part of the Boise State - Fresno State game last night. If your defense plays li...

Re: Michigan in the top 25, Mizzou out

As a Tiger fan and the husband of a BGSU alum, this really frosts my shorts. The disrespect is shows the Falcons is just as annoying as the disrespect it shows the Tigers. The good news is, by the middle of the season, it will all be forgotten if both teams keep their heads down and do the work in f...

Re: Major props from an MU fan

I'm going to add my congratulations and thoughts to this thread, rather than starting another. I knew, and stated in the prediction thread, that most Mizzou fans were underestimating BGSU, I just didn't realize I was underestimating them, too. I predicted that the Falcons would score 17 and they wen...

Re: Mizzou Game Discussion/Prediction Thread

Terry, There's no shame in being a homer, when you're a realistic and admitted homer. :D I'm just as bad, but on the other side of the field. My wife is the one with a real dilemma. She's a BGSU alum, but has been a Tiger fan for the last 16 years. I think a lot of folks in Ohio have grossly underes...

We have a bank that goes by UMB...United Missouri Bank. Even on their television ads, they say UMB Bank.

So, the Mid-America Conference Conference isn't all by itself.

Re: Math Majors Working at ESPN

the young Tigers shouldn't have any problems with Bowling Green. Coaches should post this in the locker room pronto. Fine...just get my name off of it. As it clearly shows in my first post, those were the words of some hack at ESPN, not me. I have not, nor would I show any disrespect toward the tea...

Re: Math Majors Working at ESPN

"Shouldn't have any problems with Bowling Green". Yep, everyone keep thinking that way. :-D Hey, I don't like them filling the team's heads with that nonsense, either. Those are the same geniuses that said Illinois was going to beat the Tigers by at least one touchdown. While I know all t...

Math Majors Working at ESPN

From the Top 25 Preview on ESPN Missouri trounced Illinois in Week 1, and the young Tigers shouldn't have any problems with Bowling Green. Missouri is very young, but if sophomore quarterback Blaine Gabbert continues to manage the game well, the Tigers should even the series with the Falcons. Since ...

That was the original plan, but HCGP took the red shirt off a few weeks into the season to give him some game experience.

Re: Mizzou Game Discussion/Prediction Thread

He's only a freshman and while he looked good, you can't expect 3 touchdowns and 0 picks every week. And it's not like Illinois got a ton of pressure on him either.. he had time in the pocket and when he didn't he could just scramble..... Just to be clear, Gabbert is neither a RSfreshman or a fresh...

Re: Mizzou Game Discussion/Prediction Thread

Jeff, I am driving over to Columbia from KC Saturday morning with some friends. I noticed there will be some changes regarding tailgating around the stadium. Can you recommend a public access lot we can head to near the stadium where we can drink some beers and maybe grill without upsetting anyone ...
