Hard to believe that BG can get 22 votes in the week 2 poll, travel to #2 Oklahoma and lose by 16 points, and get only 1 vote in the week 3 poll. It could be fallout from the way the MAC teams as a whole played last weekend.

With the negatives that have been going on lately about MAC football players, the conference is going to have to add a weekly award. In addition to the Offensive, Defensive, and Special Teams players of the week, they'll need to have a "Felon of the week" award.
