Last time I came out to Moscow, I was able to fly directly into Moscow/Pullman. I believe it was Alaska Airlines? Or Northwest Commuter. It is quite possible, and I recommend it as the drive from Spokane is pretty boring ... And while you're in town, check out the Washington State University creame...
