Re: Exactly how WAS the Spring game?

Thanks for the comments! Looking forward to watching some good defense this year! I expected a low scoring game but like the playmakers we have on offense.

Re: 6 walk-off defeats in under 2 seasons

Frustrating and a few mistakes made the difference. I had Temple and Ohio as wins this year and it seemed like 1 turnover away from that happening. We still need leadership at each position to keep the focus and competitive level of play. I seem to remember Solich's teams being inconsistent his firs...

Re: Battle of I-75 Post-Game Reactions

The game looked completely different on TV than the comments posted here. We looked fired up, hitting hard, and the tackling was much better. Not great but surpisingly better than I expected. I didn't like taking a freshman RB and going up the middle so often, but overall the game has me looking fow...

This 60 year old Sicilian son of a Cleveland policeman was taught that rewards came from hard work and what you accomplished - not because of your name or an aristocratic title. For me, the greatest highlight of my sports life was catching the smidgins of radio broadcast of the 1984 BGSU hockey Nat...

Re: New Recruit? Malik Stokes QB 3* Rivals

Another playmaker and possible leader due to being somewhat of a character. Sounds like an injury affected recruiting. From 2010: ___________ It was only fitting that Tennessee was the first school to offer a scholarship to Malik Stokes. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound junior quarterback from Northeast High...

He wasn't trying to annoy. He was trying to hurt recruiting.

Re: Signees as they official become BGSU Falcons

All sites have the same Nike stats. The Vols board implies he camped at UTn and UFl and they stayed in contact but I didn't see their offer. And I don't care, he's a great addition. Congrats to all coaches and thanks for the hard work. Chris Gallon Wide Receiver Orlando, FL Dr. Philliips Ht:6'5"...

Re: Signees as they official become BGSU Falcons

I really like what I have heard from the incoming QB. Kind of have mixed results about the kid who has played only one year of football. someone must have seen something that they like from the kid. Maybe he is a super athlete in other sports. I remember a kid from Kent that played basketball in hs...

Re: New Strength Coach

Looks like a motivation expert and a great hire.

If I'm slowing on the 12th rep and he gets in my face, I think I'm pushing the bar to full extension. Then an extra rep or two.

Re: Rumors have the football team in total meltdown

Same format as the last sock puppet posting to hurt recruitment. Start with a few compliments and pep rally slogans, a marginal sounding name, and then attempt to start negative debates. The toledo connection was apparent from the grammar. BUT, long gone are the criticisms of facilities. It is now a...
