And he appeared to do pretty well.

Garrett Wolfe, naturally.

Omar was excellent today. He's been better than should be expected from a soph with little experience.

TV said he was "pretty much okay", likely had a concussion (they said he lost consciousness for a few minutes), but they were gonna run some CAT scans and other tests at the hospital just to make sure. Lining him up and making the hit was fine, leaving your feet and leading with your helm...

Re: Huh?

Wait didn't the play action pass work against UT's secondary? Gosh , it seems to burn us every time. What is UT's secondary better than ours, if it is yikes!! I really thought there was no way that UT beats NIU the way they manhandled us. :? Especially at NIU. The difference is that our run...

Wait a minute Dan! I thought it was silly to think we could beat NIU now? Matter of fact, I though you were just looking down your nose at us last week. What's up? The point was never that we are better than you. The point of your argument was irrelevant, as NIU and BG would not play again. And UT'...

...we all have to hope that BG accepts the possibility of a bowl game and beating an archrival as motivation. we could be winless and shutout in the first 10 games of the year, and seeing the blimp with a whistle on the opposing sideline is motivation enough. don't you worry about us, we'll be fine...

That isn't always the case. Some 6-5 teams are way more deserving than some 10-1 teams. But I do agree that there are too many bowls, as it is now. Bullcrap. Quickly, go look up the Pac 10 teams and results. There are some teams that are fighting for bowl eligibility, and they probably won't make t...

Toledo was the better team with or without Wolffe. ....We are a lot better of a team now If we played O like we have all year, with our without Wolfe, we would have won. We were 21 points under our average on O, and we've scored points with relative ease all year long. Our senior QB wasn't very goo...

Well you folks wanting UT to win got what you wanted. There a few times I thought last nights game looked like a photo-negative version of how we lost to them. Not an exact comparison of course. But NIU came out, was supposed to have a better offense, but struggled, let UT stay close, and got too f...

Gentlemen, the 1A record for points in a game is 212. Don't be afraid to try to best it in this game. The rest of the conference thanks you. I thought it was 222, that Ga Tech-Cumberland game that ended up 222-0. Maybe it was 212-0. Hmmm... I wonder what the most points between two D-1A s...
