I can't imagine Mr. Krebs not taking this job if offered and who can really blame him if he leaves. It would be an increase in pay and the opportunity to take over one of, if not the, largest athletic departments in the country. No matter what some of you think of Ohio State, this isone of the top j...

If the write-ups are down internally by a member of the BG staff, the women's are likely done by Assistant SID, Mike Cihon. Mike has been at BG for a long time and does a great job. I am not sure which sports he now covers, but he used to primarily cover women's b-ball, volleyball and hockey.

Just be happy you didn't stay on I-65 into Southern Indiana. It took me 6 hours to go about 30 miles until I reached the point that 65 was closed and I turned around and headed back to downtown Louisville to a Comfort Inn to spend the night. I got to my house in Indy at about 2:00 PM tonday (Friday)...

Good call Option...I read the article and I guess I assumed that the guy from Indiana was going to be the OC. Bad assumption on my part. I guess that leaves Coach Stud still in contention for that job. Let's hope he sticks around. Could Urban be waiting until after the GMAC Bowl to bring Coach Stud ...

Urban Meyer's Staff

http://www.sportsline.com/collegefootball/story/7995865 It doesn't look like Urban will be taking any coaches from BG to Florida. It had been rumored here that Coach Stud may be his offensive coordinator. I wonder if he was even asked. It looks like BG will have its coaching staff pretty much in tac...

61 - I didn't realize the kickers category included punters. I would guess that Suisham is the second best place kicker behind EMU's place kicker. I agree with your comments on Jordan. I think if you are only looking at a stat sheet, he looks decent. When a team throws at one guy 50 times a game, he...

CFN All-MAC

http://www.collegefootballnews.com/mac/2004_Pages/2004_AllMAC.htm Omar is Player of the Year. Omar, Mruczkowski, Newson and Jelani Jordan all on the first team. JELANI JORDAN? No disrespect to him, but there is not way he is a first team all-MAC DB. They list the top-5 players at different positions...

To the alleged "big time IU football fan": what about talk of Frank Solich coming to Bloomington? I live in Indy and the word is he contacted Mr. Greenspan (IU's AD) saying he was interested. Mr. Greenspan was the AD at Army last year when most thought Solich would be their next football c...

Go over to the TU board and they are not too happy about this article. I would be pissed too if I were them, but none the less, it is funny from our standpoint.

I dont like the idea of every conference champ Then why is the Sun Belt even in Division 1-A if they don't have a chance to play for a national championship? The only way I would ever support a playoff is if all conferance champions get automatic bids, similar to the basketball tournament. I wouldn...

There has been some talk here in Indy that the Pacers were looking at signing Trent after the suspensions and injuries that they have had. Obviously, that has not happened at this point and doesn't look like it will.

I would not be surprised if Utah contacted Coach Brandon about the job if Coach Meyer does in fact leave. They would be stupid not to give him a call. My question is, don't you think Coach Brandon wants an identity of his own rather than just being the guy that follows Urban Meyer around? I would th...

Hey...I am just trying to be positive about the things this program has done in the last four years. For three of the years I was in school and the couple after I left in the mid to late 90s, the BG-UT game didn't mean a damn thing other than pride. This program is not great, yet, but you have to be...

"do you deserve it more than us? if so, why?" I don't think so. Same overall record and NIU beat BG head to head. That doesn't mean a bowl won't take BG over NIU, but that is how the bowls work. BG has more history, has gotten more national pub the last couple years and has last year's bow...
