I would be surprised if they made a decision soon. I think they should take their time and look all over. Look at different assistant coaches in the tournament, nba guys, etc. But who knows, they probably have been doing their homework for a while now.

At this point experience shouldn't be a factor that makes or breaks any candidate. Id love a Jeff Boals type guy but idk if BG is a good enough job to get a guy like that. I think someone who already has ties to the program and its fan base outweighs experience. Just my opinion.

What other needs do we need to fill? Most of the prospects are committed. What other positions should be a focus in recruiting?

Jay Larranaga is not realistic. I don't care about a resume I want someone to come in that can turn this program around. We have had good players but IMO we haven't had a coach that has the right vision and passion to really make a difference.

This is a huge hit to our depth. Very tough loss. Well, see ya next year!

A few of the candidates on here are not realistic. I think Anthony Stacey would be a great fit! Boals is the guy from OSU right? He played at OU and I think he's waiting to take that job when/if it becomes available. If he's gonna take a job it will probably be that one.
