Re: Meanwhile, women's soccer is off to a poor start...
Correct Flip. Doesn't matter. At all. My posts are designed to show support for a team and staff. But BGsocdad knows he's right. So I just talk a lot and just think I'm right. Just trying to convince myself. I have no idea. Emotions are amazing. It literally doesn't matter NOW. Forget it and suppor...

Re: Meanwhile, women's soccer is off to a poor start...
I didn't say the results were dynamic over the last three seasons. I said the coach was dynamic. How many of those wins occurred in the last 45 days? We are improving. No one can question that. Do we want to do that faster? Sure we do. Every fan, every parent, every coach and every player wants that...

Re: Meanwhile, women's soccer is off to a poor start...
No doubt. If we just didn't have anybody in the athletic dept who worked there prior to 2013, we would win in all 18 sports. Ridiculous. We don't know all the details on decisions made four years ago. Forget about it. We have a fine AD, an excellent staff of veterans and newcomers and we have to ba...

Re: Meanwhile, women's soccer is off to a poor start...
In reality, I believe that one of the "chief" decision makers, if not the primary one that let Coach Richards go, is still in the administration. I do agree with your support of the current AD, and believe (hope) that eventually more of the past administration will be gone. 100% correct! ...

Re: Meanwhile, women's soccer is off to a poor start...
Another loss yesterday and zero goals scored in the last three games. Only 15 goals scored all season with over half registered in an 8-0 win against a first-year program who are 1-16-1 with 80 goals conceded. The combined 5 wins recorded over the past 3 seasons are still less than in the 2012 seaso...

Another loss this afternoon, this time in Oxford against Miami. The score was 2-0 but the 25-2 shot count tells the story. Overall record is 1-8, 0-2 in the MAC.

Re: Meanwhile, women's soccer is off to a poor start...
The decision Christopher and Irvine made was a ridiculous one. Lack of insight, personal reasons and total incompetence were the reasons. And then Christopher left for XU with a trail of head coaching carnage. How many games have been won in the last three seasons?

Re: BGSU Women's Soccer
My complaint is not with the current coach but the administration. They caused this mess with their poor decisions and lack of support. The 2010 and 2011 seasons were not good, but they were also part of a rebuilding process. Every program has that cycle especially at the mid-major level and you onl...

Re: BGSU Women's Soccer
This is the first year for the new coach, let's not burn her at the steak yet. If you look at the teams record from 2009 through 2012 you will see 16 wins. Each season is roughly 20 games. That's a winning percentage of between 20 and 25% per season. If we paid as much attention to Women's Soccer a...

BGSU Women's Soccer
Another humiliating season for BG women's soccer who went 0-15-2. They were one of just two D1 programs in the country that went without a win all season....Grambling State (0-7-2) were the other. Six student-athletes quit DURING season with several more to follow suit. This program has been killed ...

Re: Ali Mann Resigns!
Didn't our SWA Irvine (who also oversees women's basketball) have a "consensual amorous relationship" with our last soccer coach and is currently doing the same with our volunteer assistant swimming coach??

Womens' Soccer.....embarrassing!
When GC announced back in March he was sending women's soccer in a "new direction" many questioned what he was thinking. After all, he replaced a very successful and respected coach who had taken his teams to five MAC championship games in eleven seasons, and had earned three MAC titles (t...
