I'm looking forward to a great game. We have a ways to go still as a I-A. MTSU is actually down this year, so that wasn't as a great a win as it might look. They have a lot of injuries and defections. I would be up in BG for the game, but my other love, the Cubs, are in Cincinnati hopefully clinchin...

I'm sure that they started those rumors. I am sure you'll wipe their football team off the map. We play them also. I honestly think that they might not win a game next year. From what I've heard we are basically in competition with them to move conferences. So, I guess it depends on which schools a...

So are there any new D-1A teams this year or still 119? Also have any teams switched conferences? I believe the status quo will hold this year. Only movement I'm aware of is Western Kentucky moving to I-A at some point after this coming academic year. Their plan for now is to move their football fr...

Season tickets for WKU this year are 25$ (5 games, reserved bleacher and GA). For a family of four, that is not a bad deal. (and half of BG's season ticket cost. They are really trying to get the 15K avg attendance goal and have made tickets pretty cheap. They are also working on a 37.5 million dol...

Even more suprising is that they managed to avoid the corruption of Central City and Mulhlenburg County.Flipper wrote:My father in law is from the Madisonville area...actually, he's from a "suburb" of Madisonville, Mortons Gap. How they managed to avoid the corrupting allure of Paducah is beyond me.

Good to have you here. My parents were graduates of WKU. My mom was there when you all won the national championship in basketball. I hope the Hilltoppers are in the MAC soon. Awesome! I'm a little confused though, WKU hasn't won the National Championship in Basketball. You referring to 1971? We we...

Everything I'm hearing in Bowling Green, Kentucky is that MAC deal will be happening and very soon, before June 30th.
I just hope everything that makes the MAC appealing for WKU stays!
BTW- Very nice forum here. You've actually made Brown and Orange attractive haha.
