Anyone got any other traditions? We seemed to have fallen off the beaten path.

This is true. What DID happen to alternates? What happened to pride? WHAT HAPPENED TO CUTS, DAME-IT! Seriously, I kinda liked knowing that if I dont keep my stuff tight and together that they'll let someone take my place. It's a good idea and I wanna see it again!

Well, I can respect your opinion. However, I dont think that a college band should be DCI. Because well, they're there to entertain, not "orchestra on the field [boredom]"... But that's just my opinion.

I played the Frontiers show - Freakin' sweet! I'm just kinda happy that I was still wearing the old uniform. I guess just wearing that old uniform made me kinda biased to it. But each to his own.

What ever happened to traditions? Seriously, everything that made marching unique to other bands were the bonds and things that we did, that held us together and made us stand out. Example: Quigleys. Now, I dont know the whole story behind it (Maggots can tell us what they can), but it's fun to see ...

Does anyone even like our new uniforms? I was a little disappointed. They're really bland. I mean, they should've taken inspiration from Notre Dame, PSU, and dare I say Michigan? I mean, those ones are fun, "show" style uniforms. They make the band the band. ... and they have tradition(s)....

It's just BAND and MUSIC. That's it. People need to get some thicker skin, or go live in a cave somewhere where you will be alone and you wont have to listen to music, or see anything that might remotely offend you. I just wanna slap those people who gripe about things because it doesnt go their way...
