Just bein' a smartass
Middle Tennessee State is D-1A in the Sun Belt Conference, FWIW...hammb wrote: Besides that they add nothing to the home schedule. I may be in the minority, but I'd rather watch/listen to us playing a real game against legit 1A competition than attend a game at the Doyt against Middle Tennessee State.

Re: Honestly?
I've heard that California can barely get people to the state finals games...well guess what, Ohio puts a ton of people in two of the best high school stadiums in the nation. GET OVER YOURSELF!! The biggest flaw in your argument is right here. I went to H.S. in California and there is no state tour...

One line that i liked when they mentioned BG...
" They had a program there, where kids developed on the floor, walked on graduation day and found a molder of men in Larranaga. "

I agree that the board has changed for the worse and some of the new people have had a hand in that. Also it would be nice if you could post under your screen name. The post was started and revived by the troll Germainfitch1. Is he new? NO . Without him bringing it back after months, this thread wo...

all good ideas
I would personally like to see something similar to the Ryan Center at the University of Rhode Island. The size is pretty good and it is very versatile.

Alex Foster Update!
Alex has gotten his first point and goal as a professional. Congrats Alex! "The Stars' lead was short-lived however as recently signed Alex Foster scored his first professional goal when he redirected an Engelhardt shot 47 seconds later to send the teams to the dressing room tied 1-1." fo...

image of the night was after the game, Rich Meloche sprinting over to the student section and jumping up onto the boards to celebrate with the students. You could tell by the way the team reacted to the crowd tonight, especially the students, that this outpouring of support and adrenaline to feed of...

Baby Steps
While i do agree that vulgarity in chants is unnecessary, i would much rather hear "you suck"s than the f-bomb and other expletives being tossed around...tonight was definately a step in the right direction in that regard.

Huge Game!
I was so pumped to be at this game! My mom and brother drove up from tennessee just to watch it. This was the best hockey game i have seen all year, at any level. I even cought a puck that came into the crowd, which is always like the cherry on top
.
