Great atmosphere with 4400 people going nuts in OT. BG is much improved over last year and should be a force next year. Surprised to see that Thompson was your leading scorer. Total non-factor. Fun game, like a rivalry should be.

Open enrollment admissions is a big reason for their recruiting classes being as prolific as they are although Akron's standards are similarly low and it hasn't seemed to help them. They play weak to moderately challenging non-conference schedules while most of the rest of the MAC kills themselves ...

Man, that is a long time. The Freaklings were 13 and 10 the last time we won. As much as I hate them, they've simply been the better program and more consistent over the last 10-15 years. There seems to be a pattern of fast starts followed by nosedives. I was talking to a BG fan at the UT game who stated what I said before-there is some talent but conditioning is suspect.

Is conditioning an issue? Might account for second half slides.
