Bleed is correct...the MAC has chosen to put resources into football to stay FBS. Most of the schools are not large enough to compete at both...and in some cases just trying is making them unable to compete in either. Not judging, just saying this was the decision that was made.

We aren't cheap. We don't have as much money as those other places. My money is on one of the FCS guys. They are a good fit here. They are used to making do with less. The guy at Towson looks great to me as does the guy at EIU. Both have BCS assistant experience. And proven head coaches unlike Durkin.

I believe they made a great hire.
