Not sure how I stumbled apon your forum, but here I am. Must say, I love the design of AZZ, very sharp.

I'm a graduate of Western Kentucky University, WKU Basketball and Football season ticket holder. I live in the OTHER BG, BG, Ky. Been following the conference discussions between WKU and the MAC. I am hopeful everything comes together as speculated and Western joins the MAC.

BGSU and WKU used to have some battles about fifty years ago; used to be an intense rivalry.

Curious if you guys have heard anything on the MAC end of things, concerning WKU's possible membership. You can track the articles that have been published on my fan site, www.topperfan.com

I hope you guys will allow me to visit and share on occassion.

Good to have you here. My parents were graduates of WKU. My mom was there when you all won the national championship in basketball. I hope the Hilltoppers are in the MAC soon.

My father in law is from the Madisonville area...actually, he's from a "suburb" of Madisonville, Mortons Gap. How they managed to avoid the corrupting allure of Paducah is beyond me.

Awesome! I'm a little confused though, WKU hasn't won the National Championship in Basketball. You referring to 1971? We went to the Final Four.

Even more suprising is that they managed to avoid the corruption of Central City and Mulhlenburg County.

Yeah that was it, I could have sworn they won it though. My bad, I'm an idiot.

An idiot? Nah.

That's cool your folks are WKU grads though!
