Try as I might I cannot get ANY of my pictures onto my AZZ profile. I've cropped them down to appropriate size and they still don't load, anyone have any ideas?

for a new avatar? Did you make sure they were under 12kb as well? Sometimes even at 150x150 they will still be over 12kb. If you have photoshop, select save for web, it should get it to the right size. .

I don't know what avatar is per say, and I have no photoshop, I have to use microsoft paint to crop my pictures.

ah, ok, well I had to search everywhere and try tons of different pictures b4 I could get this one to work. I'm lookin for a way to get my photos in my album to be acceptable to post on here without using photoshop.

Niz, I haven't used microsoft paint, but try this. Once you crop the picture down to 150x150 see if there is a "save for web" option, this should reduce the KB required, it needs to be 10Kb or less. If not you may just need to play with the size, Try making the picture 125x125 or something. Normally you can go to do about 100x100 pixels, or slighty smaller and still get a decent picture. You could also see if acrobat has any free versions of photoshop.
