BG loses another heartbreaker, 5-4 in 10 innings to Miami

Damn, Miami beats BG 5-4 in 10 innings. After jumping out to an 8-4 start in the MAC, BG has now dropped three out its last four conference games to fall to 9-7. After losing two games last week to Akron on two-out, three-run walk-off home runs, we lose our first MAC home game in extra innings. All though losses. Despite a slow start to their season, Miami is much better than their record indicates and they return a lot of pitching and talent from last year’s MAC Championship and NCAA Regional team and I believe they are making a stretch run to get into the MAC Tournament again. We’ve gotta bounce back tomorrow and again on Sunday.
