Is anyone going to the games this weekend? I should be there for the Saturday game, and (maybe) the Sunday game, as well. I'd love to meet up with some of ya'll if you're going to be there. PM me or let me know here.

It is not my intention to do away with government. It is rather to make it work - work with us, not over us; stand by our side, not ride on our back. Government can and must provide opportunity, not smother it; foster productivity, not stifle it. ~Ronald Reagan

Unfortunately, I probably won't be able to make it to any of the Kent State games this weekend, but if I can free myself up, I'll be there for at least one game. I've been to a few games this year during the Miami, Toledo, WMU and Akron series, and I might get down to Athens for a game or two against Ohio. But either way, this Kent State series is critical for BG. The Falcons have lost five of their last six MAC games and are on the verge of missing the MAC Tournament if they don't start winning again. This is also our last home series and we still have two more series on the road before we close out the regular season. Winning the series-opener against Kent State would be huge and a great way to get the weekend started. GO BG!!!

Kent baseball...uugghhh.
The memory of their "fans", average age of 93, ringing cowbells and shaking pennies in a milk carton for every decent play Kent made at Stellar Field a few years back is painfully unforgettable.
