Coach Richards signs thru 2011!

This is a two year extension to his current contract. Coach Richards has done an outstanding job with our women's soccer program and I'm pumped to see what the team does this fall.

He has guided BG to one regular season MAC title, two MAC Tourney titles and two NCAA Touney berths. In addition, Coach Richards' teams have appeared in FIVE MAC Tourney title matches.

Coach will begin his 9th season this fall...GO FALCONS!!

Well deserved too. Its nice to see the AD rewarding success even before contracts are up. BG women's soccer has been clearly on the rise since he's been here.

It also includes a clause allowing him to take a leave of absence to fill in for Simon Cowell.
