BG baseball beats Ball State in game one, 3-2

BG tops Ball State 3-2 in game one (first game of Saturday's DH) of a three-game series. Nice way to start off the weekend and good to win a one-run game after dropping a pair to WMU & CMU earlier this season. More importantly, this win puts BG above .500 in the MAC for the first time this season. Now let's get game two and claim the series today! GO BG!!!

........and wins game 2 in the bottom of the ninth on a game winning hit by Ryan Shay. Charlie Wooten got the win in relief!!

16-14, 7-4 MAC on the season. In very good shape to make the MAC Tournament if we can keep it up. GO BG...

Alright! Good to hear BG closed out business today with the sweep.

One non conf game at Oakland starts a 6 game road streak...at Kent State next weekend. Making sure the Sat and Sun games are on the calendar.
