With today's win over NIU, the BGSU Gymnastics team is 4-1 in the MAC. A win over Kent State will give the Falcon's a share of the MAC title for the first time since 2002! More importantly, the ladies are sitting 36th in the country. We get our first look at the rankings by the Regional Qualifying Score (RQS) on Monday. For those who don't know, in gymnastics the W-L record means nothing. Teams are ranked based on the scores they have put up during the season. The top 36 teams are seeded into one of six regional championships. I don't believe BG has qualified for regionals in this format. This team is on the cusp of great things that will make us proud to be Falcons.
