Falcon baseball gets a nice win over Ball State today, to go 4-0 in MAC play.

And a sweep it was as we plated 15 more Sunday and won 15-8. 49 Falcon runs in two games. Unfalconbelievable. 34 runs Saturday on 27 hits, 33 RBI's...in one game. Mind blowing...

For those who know MAC baseball better than I, did BG start with teams sort of at the bottom of the conference, or is our offense just really clicking at that high of a level?

Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

Definitely not claiming to be an expert, but BG was picked to finish 8th in the MAC. Miami was picked 7th, and Ball State was picked 2nd. So it seems like these are positive results for us.

Those series wins should be good ones by the end of the year…BG has to get more consistent on the mound but the offense has been unbelievably productive. Big home series this weekend vs Akron…Akron has a couple decent arms, but not much offense. BG needs to take care of business and win the series.

Ball st won the Mac regular season in 2022 and finished 2nd in 18,19,21, and 23 so 5 straight top 2 finishes. Last time they had a losing conference record was 2012. Huge road sweep for the team

I really like college baseball and it looks like this team could be a fun follow. Normally tough to get into maction for baseball

IMO, college baseball blows away MLB for fun and game action. Coach Hallock was a 4 time All MAC pitcher at Kent State & they know a thing or two about winning in college ball. He is building a powerhouse and this team is still pretty young overall. The pitching needs to improve for sure but DJ Newman is a dynamite pitcher and lethal at the plate. This whole team can flat out hit.

I am so jacked for BG baseball...we've never really done a whole lot over the years in baseball. Have had some great years but nothing consistent. Coach Hallock told me a couple times his goal is to build BG into a power like his alma mater. And he is well on his way. BG at Kent State in late April for 3 games. That will be a BiG measuring stick to see how far we've come and being only 20 min from Kent, I plan on going to at least 2 of the 3.

GO FALCONS!!!! Diamond Dogs Diggin in...
