Tough draw Ball State rpi is 88 Here is the breakdown for their record this year Record vs. RPI Teams

1-50 0 - 3
51-100 11 - 3
101-200 11 - 8
201+ 14 - 2

We are ranked 98 right now... need coach Whitmire to crack the whip and send them around to score.

Actually, I really like the draw as I think it gives us the best chance to win the whole thing!!! Ball State swept us at BSU, but I think that is one of those things that just happen sometimes. Our rotation is much more organized now, and I am sure they will see Alan Brecht, who has been pitching VERY well in the top spot. It is also time for the "big" boys, Reimold and Hudak to step up and lead the way hitting.

To be the best, ya gotta beat the best. Ball State is a VERY good team. Factman brings up a good point...we got swept real early in the season and this could be some great motivation for the Falcons.

Thanks for the link! Should be a very competitve tournament.
In today's Akron Beacon Journal, story stated how much the Zips are looking forward to playing Miami since their 3 games series with the Redhawks was cancelled in the regular season.

The Voice of the Red Hawks, otherwise known as the Mighty Steve Baker.... One of my favorite sportscasters and former morning DJ of WOXY.

BG needs to find a Steve Baker for WBGU.

Got the game on and pulling for a BG win.

BG just stranded 2 on base in the top of the 2nd...Lipari struck out looking.

Middle of 2, no score.

GO BG!~
