Scott Vallow

Post by Dayons_Den »

Scott made two series-saving saves last night as the Rochester Raging Rhinos drew 0-0 with the Charleston Battery in game two of an aggregate goal USL 1st division playoff series. Rochester won 1-0 on Friday and advance to the finals next weekend on Fox Soccer Channel.

Despite rooting for the Battery I was happy to see a former falcon come up huge for his team. This season in Charleston I have seen Vallow and Steve Klein play, a couple of falcons I first witnessed at Cochrane Stadium.

Scott and the Rhinos came up short last night in the USL Championship.

Lost to Vancouver 3-0.

Cheers to Vancouver who came in to a hostile environment and disposed of the Rhinos in front of over 9,000 fans at the shiny new Pae Tec Park.

All Falcon honours were not lost, however, as Steve Klein started and played 90 minutes at midfield for the victorious Whitecaps.
