Baseball comes up short vs Michigan State...

Sparty leaves town with a 5-3 victory. Falcons now 11-12 on the season and have a very important MAC series this weekend at Western Michigan. We cannot afford to fall further behind in the MAC standings so early in the season.

We had the bases loaded in the bottom of the 9th with no outs and couldn't push anything across the plate. Nevertheless, we've got a HUGE weekend on tap with WMU. We cannot afford another sweep and we need to at least win this series and grab a pair of wins vs the Broncos.
