LOL! Guess I was still too jacked about the win over Pitt.

Green rolled over Springfield 54-0...I think. Dover beat Avon Lake 38-35!!! It was AL's first home loss in something like 50 home games!!! WOW>

Safe travels, my friend!

Nice win for Green. Is it just me, or has Springfield always been a team that always gets taken behind the woodshed....by everyone (even Timken)? Great to hear Dover pulling one out and breaking a streak like that. Speaking of Streaks, I guess Lake won 53-7 over some team from Ontario. We've got McKinley at Fawcett this Friday. I might go check that out. Any idea how good McKinley is supposed to be this season?

I'm in official countdown mode. 8 more hours of work to go. Can't wait to come home. It's only been 2 years. :P I'm really curious to see what changes have occured around the Akron-Canton area since my last visit.

McKinley isn't supposed to be that good this year so Lake should have very good chance of knocking them off. Dover hosts Canton Central Catholic this weekend and Green hosts GlenOak.

And once again, thanks for the re-cap of the Sandy valley league.

See you at the Green - Wads game?

Swoop, do you know anything about Avon Lake? How this is one of the top teams in Division II almost every single year? And Dover, being a Div 3 school, going up there and winning? Have you ever seen Crater Stadium in Dover, one of thee finest HS stadiums in the state and possibly Midwest? It is a program rich in tradition and is one of the top 15 winningest HS programs of all time in the state of Ohio. Your constant Sandy Valley League references really bring your ignorance to light.  Tell me, where is Wadsworth in the all time records books? :-D

Tonight, Dover throttled Canton Central Catholic, 48-14. :-D Tornadoes rack up 411 yards passing and 511 total yards.

But Green fell to GlenOak, 27-24. Just saw McKinely beat Lake, 24-17.

When is the Green-Wadsworth game anyway?
