BG to face UT in next round of MAC Baseball Tourney

Well, we swept UT in the regular season, but our next game against the Rockets will be huge. The winner of the BG vs UT game will be sitting pretty on that side of the bracket as it will be the only undefeated team on that side in the double-elimination format. NIU or UB will already be eliminated and the loser of BG vs UT will play the winner of the NIU vs UB game. If BG can beat UT, we would avoids playing an additional game the next day to possibly advance and it also saves some arms as in this sort of tournament playing every day and sometimes twice in a day - pitching is at a premium. GO BG! BEAT UT!

BG/UT game is now at 9am Friday morning according to BG website.
Planned on going tonight to watch, guess I'll have to stream the live stats at work tomorrow.

We've gotta turn right around and beat Toledo yet again as the Rockets knocked Buffalo out of the tournament after we beat UT. If BG can beat UT yet again, we're in the MAC Championship to face either Ball State or Kent State. Just two wins away from a MAC Championship and NCAA Regional! Close the deal Falcons! GO BG!

Effin eh...BG lost to ut, 5-2. Now we gotta play them again at 3:30. BEAT TOLEDO!!!!!!!
Top of the 5th...no score but ut has men on 1st and 2nd and nobody out. Just got a double play! And the Falcons get outta the jam and hold ut scoreless! Need to get some runs across the plate now fellas.
