Women's Track vs that other school tomorrow

Post by tracksuperfan »

The track team goes for a third straight win against Bancroft High tomorrow afternoon. Field events begin at 3:30 (including All-American hammer thrower Brooke Pleger), running events begin at 5:00, last event at 7:00. I believe it's free entry; the track up north is located between the a Glass Bowl and Savage Hall. Yours truly announcing.

My analysis says our heroes have a slight edge but will have to take care of business to win. Weather could be awful, which is always a Falcon advantage.

BG won for the third...third...third straight year over UT. Brooke Pleger currently has the longest hammer throw in the country at the collegiate level for 2015. I think four of her sixth throws were longer than the #1 throw going into the meet.

She's an amazing athlete....
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
