VB Signs 4

BG VB signed 4 tall girls all of whom are outside Ohio considerably for the most part. WBB would love this size-- 6 ft, two at 6'2" and one at 6'3". Here it is from BGSU athletic website.

Coach Tomic has really stepped up her recruiting in the last few years it seems. Not that it was ever bad, but the size and quality of clubs they players are coming from is definitely increasing. I hope she sticks around forever, but she's one good season or two away from getting an offer from a big conference school.

You’re right in her recruiting has stepped up. That being said, there’re at least four NE Ohio teams who plated for state championships this past weekend. Hard to believe there were no available kids on some of these teams.

Volleyball clinched a regular season MAC co-championship last night, and they’ll be the 2-seed in next week’s MAC tournament. They went 20-9 overall and 15-3 in MAC play in the regular season.

Falcons play the 6-seed Buffalo in the MAC Semifinals tonight. Match is set for 7:00pm on ESPN+.
BG beat the Bulls twice (3-2 and 3-0) in the past 2 weeks.

Anybody else having issues with ESPN+ trying to get the feed. Other programs work within ESPN+, but a AD for ESPN + keeps looping for the BG volleyball game. Is there a technical issue or something at the site causing this?

BG wins their semifinal match against Buffalo 3-0 and they will play in their 4th consecutive MAC championship match tomorrow. Amazing accomplishment.

Great work from the team. Also awesome to hear about us getting player of the year and freshmen of the year, among different honors for the team.
And yes, was stuck on the ESPN+ technical difficulties loop for awhile last night.

After losing to Ball State in the MAC title game in 2019 and 2021, BG wins the MAC today in 5 sets!
