BG SWEEPS CMU in baseball!!!!!!

Won both ends of the double header today to go with Fridays win, to SWEEP the series from the p reseason favorites to win the MAC.

HUGE SERIES FOR BG!!! Now that's more like it! We're now 17-6 overall, 3-3 in the MAC. Next up, two mid-week games then a three-game MAC series vs. Buffalo in BG next weekend. GO FALCONS!

I was there.....it was great. Can't wait for the Buffalo series next weekend. This team could be on the verge of a pretty good winning streak, as you would figure Heidleberg is a gimme on Tuesday, and Buffalo is certainly not as good as CMU.

We are ranked 105 out of 290 Division 1 teams according to college baseball rpi...the only team that we play that has an rpi under 100 the rest of the season is Ohio State who is at 95 right now...we should be able to load up on some wins the rest of the way!

We actually don't play Ohio State, it was originally scheduled but they backed out on us. It's OSU, heaven forbid they would do another Ohio school a favor. Not like they had to come here even.

EXCELLENT!!! After getting swept at Ball State, this is great news. Hard to believe this was BG's first MAC sweep in 3 years.
