Separate baseball forum?

I know interest is especially high on the boards in BG Baseball right now due to a couple of Falcons being drafted, but does anyone else think a separate baseball forum would be warranted? I know the interest of Football and Basketball isn't there, but I think we have enough members posting regularly on baseball to make it work. No big deal, just something I would like to see happen.

No offense to the other minor sports, but this forum mostly has baseball in it. If you want to get technical, there are more people who talk about men's and women's basketball than baseball, but only men's basketball is talked about in the basketball forums. Women's bball is pushed into a forum where other sports are talked about and there is no problem there. Nothing against baseball here, but I think anymore forums than we already have is kind of overwhelming, IMO.

I think I'll keep it as-is for now. Too many forums would not be good. I'll think about renaming it to "Baseball and other sports" maybe....

Let's make a deal.....if Reimold makes it to the Majors in 3 years or less we can have a separate baseball forum. That could put BG baseball on the map nationally for the first time since Hershiser.

How about Roger McDowell?

Him too. I think of him foremost as the one who spit on Kramer and Newman in that Seinfeld episode, where they thought it was actually Keith Hernandez.
