Adrian College announces HOCKEY as a new sport!!

Adrian College has announced it will field a NCAA DIII hockey team and are building a new ice arena next to their new football stadium and field. Evidently they have been very suprised with the quality and quanity of coaches that have applied for the head coaching position, including BG's Ron Fogarty, and several other top asst coaches from CCHA schools.

Does one really "field" a hockey team? If not, what do you do with it?

Perhaps they "put it on ice".

Or might they "board a team". Ummmmm, perhaps not. We'll continue to leave that up to the puck bunnies.

Silly Adrian College, everyone knows hockey has been around for a long time, it's an old sport.
