I am sorry but congress has no business getting involved with college football. It is absurd to think that they don't have enough better things to do with their time other than make college football "fair" for the little guy.......

I use to agree with that thought, especially when everything was spiraling downward a couple years ago. However, if you think about it, the idea that there is exclusion happening (essentially segregation or discrimination), wouldn't this be a congressional issue? This could be a monopoly issue or a discrimination issue, or both. Noth sure if it would go anywhere, but it is possible that it could be considered.

I think any enterprise involved with the amount of money represented by the BCS and college sports in general is something that should at least be on the congressional radar.
