The Famous Potato Bowl

Post by factman »

The way I look at it, I can't lose in this game. If the scuds lose, that is a good thing, but if they win, it's good for the MAC!!!

Scuds lost it completely in the 4th qtr, including an ejection of one of their players. I'm real glad we don't have Campbell calling our plays!
They practically had a "fistfight" on their BOARD calling each other out. It really made the game entertaining watching the game and reading their board in the final quarter. :smt064 :smt026 :smt019
I always hate to see a MAC team lose out of conference, but when it's the scuds, it makes it a LOT easier! ;)

I know they lost their top RB ( and LB)...but they did not look ready to go offensively at all. Was their coach off somewhere on job interviews? :)
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

It was a close game thru 3 quarters...and make no mistake, Utah State is a VERY SOLID team. They can flat out play. And so can San Jose State. Those teams are ranked and for good reason.
