Maybe, but grammar like that won't do it.redskins4ever wrote:Well you are a bit more easily to impress... walk around with a case of natty in my hands and you'll get down on your knees and begin worshipping.
For the record, I wouldn't be caught dead within 100 feet of natty. I like my beer Aretha Franklin style.
Roll Along!

exactly. It is about money. The world is about money we all work because you can not live without money. It is the way it is. OSU has tons of it and it is the biggest source of jealousy from BG, UT, MU, OU etc fans.Jacobs4Heisman wrote:redskins4ever wrote: If OSU wants to impress me... play 6 road games...
Who wants to generate millions in revenue for their football program when they could impress you instead?
It is also the biggest reason for fights, separations and divorces among married couples.
who the F cares about impressing redskins4ever anyways?? If they can consistantly win playing the competition they have lined themselves up to play, then anyone would be impressed.

I don't think you'll find too much jealousy of osu from most MAC fans. The majority don't much care about osu or their own school's sports, others are osu fans as well as fans of their own schools and then there are the hardcore MAC fans for whom osu is another college playing in another league that doesn't really matter all that much. I can certainly understand why osu fans might be jealous of MAC teams-I think the programs have stayed much closer to the original intent of college sports and the tail doesn't wag the dog. And we all remember that in your heart of hearts you are a true Falcon: Witness the BGSU shorts you were wearing in last year's photo of your dog. Deny if you feel you must, but the truth will out, you little Falcon, you.tekekini wrote:exactly. It is about money. The world is about money we all work because you can not live without money. They were not BG shorts, they were just orange. Based on your logic, they could have been syracuse, texas, boise, florida, oklahoma state, or oregon state shorts.h2oville rocket wrote:I don't think you'll find too much jealousy of osu from most MAC fans. Tek is about as smart as a pile of dog crap.
I understand why OSU plays 8 home games a year... 7 in a bad year... but you can't say its a level playing field, nor does OSU challenge it self when you schedule a majority of OOC games at home, most of which is against lesser competition.
Yes you went to texas, yes you will be playing USC and Miami, and whoever else, but that is one game, every other year on the road. Big Whoop... MAC schools routinely play 7 games on the road, and as college football statistics have shown... home teams have an enormous advantage.
I don't need for you impress me, I doubt you have the ability Tek... of course you are probably wallowing right now about how poor Greg Oden wasn't MOP.
OSU hits new lows every year, and if you haven't read SI and the story about Oden you should. What a disgrace of a set of college classes.

First, OSU by default has a decent schedule, on most years, just for going through a big ten season. Iowa is usually not as bad as they were this year, UM and Wisky are always tough, PSU is usually tough, and you never know what you are gonna get in MSU. They are trying to get one top notch team to play in out of conference every year but it is tough because many teams do now want to take the chance of eliminating themselves from national title hopes so early. OSU is obviously not afraid.redskins4ever wrote:Tek is about as smart as a pile of dog crap.

having 8 or 9 home games is a benefit of being a powerhouse. Plus they have the money to put on so many home games.
MAC and mid majors can not afford to. it costs OSU millions of dollars per home game. they can do it because they can afford it. BG probably pays a couple of hundred thousand to put on one game, they do not make the money back to pay for 8 or nine home games.
so again, its about the money.
as far as the talen, OSU probably would schedule more than 1out of conference game against a top 25 opponent, it is just tough to find that many to do so. what the hell more do you want?

His classes are as follows....
History of Rock and Roll...
Sociology 101
Basketball... 2 Credits
He is in practice and games longer than he is in class every week.
Tek you are dumb... Big Ten schedule you play 4 road games every year... how the hell do you get nine home games?
I bet BG makes money on every home game they play... even with 15K fans at a game... they make more than enough to cover their expenses.
