And you lead me to believe these kinds of things only happen at OSU

LIARS!

Thanks, Teke. Great list!

I'm surprised Grant hasn't responded. Oh, wait....maybe he did. ;-)

I've been to Notre Dame home games when they've played Navy and Air Force. I found the home crowd to be exceedingly warm and welcoming to the kids the academies brought to the game. For a lot of the attending cadets and middies, it was almost as much a tourist trip as it was for the home fans. I saw many ND fans making points of patting kids on the back, asking them where they were from, inviting them to the tailgate parties.

I recall BGSU hosting Navy way back when, and likewise, the home crowd, even the campus ROTC units made a point of making the middies feel at home.

That any home crowd would shot down their players, fans, or students, just doesn't sit well.

Anyone happen to hear Terrelle Pryor's post-game press conference? When asked why he had "Mike Vick" on his eye-black, he said "Not everybody is the perfect person in the world. Everyone does -- kills people, murders people, steals from you, steals from me. I just feel that people need to give him a chance."

Jim Rome had a field day with this quote and it was absolutely hilarious. "Yeah, I experimented with murder in college, but only in a social setting. I'm not addicted to murder but I do like it every now and then. It was just a college thing. Something I had to do to try it."

There's a reason Tressel didn't want him talking to the media as a freshman. I am certain he would like to place a gag order on him this year as well. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Tressel limits his intereviews after this.
