Practice facilities/Florida

When Urban was here he was talking about our facilities and how they need to get better if we want to compete. I noticed this quote a few days ago from Urban about Florida.

Urban Meyer: “Tuesday’s practice was nonexistent because we had no film to watch and we didn’t go outside because of the weather. … Obviously, we don’t have an indoor facility, so there was no preparation that took place on Tuesday. We can’t have that.”

“If the weather is bad this Tuesday afternoon, I will cancel practice and bring them back at midnight if I have to. We will never miss another practice on Tuesday.”

I find it hard to believe that Florida doesn't have an indoor facility but BG does.

That must be why they had a fund raiser last night where the tables cost $50,000 each. They raised $6.5 million. The throw back uni's Florida wore today were just some of the items up for sale.

When we were down in Gainesville a year and a half ago, I noticed there was no indoor facility but thought "Why would you need one down here??"

Hell of a nice stadium, though. I'd love to go to a game there.
