Column on Weis/ND
I will go out on the limb and say this guy isn't a Weis/Notre Dame fan.

Good. Somebody had to say it.
And shouldn't Charlie be careful about mocking people who "sit at home and eat cheeseburgers all day"? Isn't that a little like Amstutz (insert token "but he's a nice guy and he's lost some weight!" disclaimer here) coming out after a win and saying "We won because their coach sat at home and ate 30 large pizzas, 45 tacos, three dozen hot dogs and a water buffalo last night"?

I like Notre Dame but I hate how they always get overrated. I was kind of happy when UM throttled them because it shut people up about them being a national title team. If Notre Dame wins their first two games of the season the coach is vaulted to sainthood immediately, ND is back, wake up the echoes, and all that other BS. ND has been "back" about 4 times since 1994. The bowl record in that period says otherwise.
The site where I grabbed that t-shirt image from (or, "from which I grabbed that t-shirt image"), or a similar Michigan-related site used to have a shirt that said something like "ND: Returning To Glory Since 1993".kdog27 wrote:I like Notre Dame but I hate how they always get overrated. my only anti-ND shirt is the GT gameday shirt that says "Rudy was offsides".
