Anyone that says they expected 81 points to be scored in that one is lying to you.

According to the BCS poll out today, get ready to do it all over again in a month or so.

Not if USC wins out. Not sure about Florida or Arkansas if they win out, but USC would definitely jump to #2 in the computers if they beat Notre Dame.

I kind of want to see a rematch, not just because I'm a Michigan fan, but also because I'm not sure any other team can really hang with OSU.

Nah. USC's 12 bye weeks early in the season will get paid up and unless they trip against ND, they're in. If they trip, I think Florida is close enough to make it in if they win out. After that, it gets a little blurry. Would Arkansas have enough of a resume? And if not Arkansas, how much of an effect would Michigan's early season smacking of ND (in South Bend) have on the voters who A) love ND, and B) are against a UM-OSU rematch.

Looking now, I say USC wins out, picks up the few extra percentage points in the BCS and plays OSU.

Michigan likely goes to its third Rose Bowl in four years, hopes for a better result than the first two.

But who would they play? Cal has 2 losses and the Rose doesn't have to take a PAC 10 team since USC is in the title game. Does anyone want a UM-ND rematch if they don't want a UM-OSU rematch? Or does the SEC champ at possibly #3 or 4 in the BCS get into the Rose? (Has there been an SEC team in the Rose Bowl yet?)

And what about Rutgers? Oh.. nevermind.

True, several teams may jump over the road kill up north.

But it sets-up the rest of the year in a curious manner. I'm not yet sold on USC beating Notre Dame. Florida has lived on the edge more than a few times this year.

I'd like to see the best SEC team play Ohio State. Assuming OSU wins, it would shut-up the twits from down south. I'm really sick of hearing about how the SEC is this, or that, or whatever.

They made me look like a douche. Here I talk them up at the bar for ten minutes to some buckeye fan. Rutgers thanked me by making me look like a jackass. I love to see the team no one care about doing well. oh well.

The only team I think is a good match for OSU is USC (besides UM). They are the only team who can come close to equaling their talent. If they win out they deserve it over any other team, their OOC schedule was brutal. Notre Dame has no defense and would force maybe one punt. I think Florida is going lose before than. Arkansas looks like a complete team but I don't think they will get to number 2.

Before the game I didn't want to see a rematch but I kind of do now if USC does not finish 11-1.

All I have to say is you guys were dead wrong about the whole entire football season.

you were wrong about texas.
you were wrong about Iowa
You were wrong about Michigan
You were wrong about losing three games
you were wrong about ted Ginn dropping too many passes

you were wrong wrong wrong.

p.s.

I know a narcotics officer from CPD who works Hiney gate on football saturdays. he said that 80 % of the arrests made were from people age 45 and over. of the students arrested, less than half actually went to OSU.

Thank you

you don't have to be angry...just own up to the fact you were wrong.

Just about everything that I said would happen this year, happened except for USC. I didnt think they would win the PAC 10 this year and they have already wrapped it up and may play OSU in the title game.

Me? I don't think I said anything one way or the other about Ohio State. I'll admit I'm surprised they're as good as they are with the youth on D, but after the Texas game, and esp. Penn State after that, it was obvious they were a strong contender for an undefeated season.

I have to laugh at these OSU fans that aren't happy enough with a perfect season and a spot in the title game, they have to run around and get everyone else to stroke it for them, too.
