Ohio U is not a very good football team IMO. 21-0 at half. Could be a long night for the kitties if they don’t get something going.

They look very slow on defense.

The sad thing is they went 7-1 in the MAC.

The sad thing is Gary Thorne used to be the best American born hockey announcer and because of ESPN he is relegated to this crap. OU was the flulkiest 7-1 team ever. I don't think it's a reflection of the MAC.

Ohio sucked all year long. The rest of the MAC just sucked worse, sans Central.
This game puts our season in perspective. Yuck.

Yeah, seriously - how effin' bad was the MAC East this year that this bunch of jokers won it? Thank God we were the only ones to beat them, as it would have seriously hurt to watch this lame-assed excuse for a football game and know that our team couldn't beat them.
Southern Miss isn't as good as they looked tonight, but they looked good because OU is just as bad as they looked. Solich is a joke, and so is OU. Hopefully next year they will be relegated to their usual spot - the basement of the MAC.
On a related note - why can't OU recruit anyone who can play the position of quarterback halfway-competantly? I said to my dad tonight that I can not believe that Austin Everson has been their quarterback for the last few years. One would think that they could recruit someone from the Pittsburgh area that could, in practices, expose that guy for the talentless schlub that he is (I hate to say that about any college athlete, but in my opinion, it has been glaring in Austin's case). Do quarterbacks not like hills and ignorant, over-zealous fans?

Good QBs are smart. Smart and Athens are like oil and water.
