Controversy over ham sandwiches

Here's the chronology of one of the funniest stories I've seen in a while:
Assistant basketball coach orders cheesesteaks for team at a restaurant...Head coach picks up order only to find ham sandwiches in place of cheesesteaks...Brouhaha of some sort ensues
