Did you see the top 5 press conference meltdowns on SC last night? It included those 3, plus a Bobby Knight classic, and one other one.

I was surprised that the Cheney-Calipari rumble and the John L. Smith incident didn't get mentioned.

I didn't see the SportsCenter piece but I wish I had. Knight and Cheney are classics!

Another John L. Smith moment almost as amusing as the self-slap came when he was intervied at halftime during a game at Ohio State after his field goal unit botched an attempt.

He screamed to the stunned sideline reporter something along the lines of "The kids are trying hard and the COACHES ARE SCREWING IT UP!"

I'm going to miss him next year...
