With this '08 class combined with the '07class...OSU may just get a couple of national titles..hell they are already going to have a NFL caliber O-Line by the time these kids are somphomores.

No, it's that flag language.

We used to make those around the campfire-gooey chocolate and graham cracker combined with flaming marshmellow. Yummm!

The o-line that they had recruited so far this year averages 6'5'', 320lbs and these kids havent even gotten into the OSU strength and conditioning program. They are now going to be about 3 deep on the depth chart in linebackers that could start anywhere else in the country, a WR from Michigan who bailed on the wolverinies who is drawing complarisons to Randy Moss's college days (on the field not off the field).

Give Beanie Wells and Brandon Sain an O-line like that in college to run with? Heisman!

We won't even need a great QB but my best bet is that Antonio Henton will be better than Troy Smith.

The more you build them up the harder they'll fall (example Justin Zwick). They have to prove themselves against the college animal now. Some of them should make it but usually the guy off the radar will be the star.

More than anything I love that he doesn't get the joke.

I'm sure nobody here would be building this kid up had he committed to BG. Given the fact that would have been the best linebacker recruit ever to commit to BG would have this board going crazy. Just two years ago people were going crazy over a punter of all positions who was supposedly the best punter in the country and calling him Big Bird. Of course now the kid is already gone and wasn't the great punter everybody thought. This is the other schools forum and even then when somebody mentions something good that happens at OSU people can't just keep their mouths shut they have to say something ignorant or make some pitiful attempt to jab at OSU. You guys do know that this thread would have been one post and would have went away had you not had to try to take shots at OSU, right? It really is embarassing being a BG fan sometimes because anytime OSU is mentioned somebody has to try and take a crack at them. It really reeks of inferiority complex.
It's funny we have people trying to temper tek's enthusiasm about this kid. OSU develops defensive talent as well as anybody in the country so it's a safe bet that if he stays injury free he's going to be really good. Even if he doesn't pan out OSU has so much depth at linebacker that a bunch of the other guys will pan out so it won't really matter. Case in point Mike D'Andrea. He was the #1 linebacker recruit in the country in 2002, but was riddled with injuries in his career. Despite that OSU had argueably it's best linebacker tandem in their history because less heralded recruits like A.J. Hawk and Bobby Carpenter became All-Americans and top 20 NFL picks.

Big Bird (sean ellis) and the Punter (rojas) are two different people, both are gone however. And of course it was really just 1 year ago people were going crazy over the 2, (spring 2006), but I'm sure you knew that being a BG fan and all. Don't let the facts get in your way of defending OSU and Teke though.

It's funny, well not funny but ironic that the people with bgsu in their screen name on this board never know anything about bg sports but are always on here defending that school with a zero as their logo.

Actually I see no jabs at OSU whatsoever. I see a few lighthjearted jibes at teke's attempts to spell sophomore. Are you reading the same thread everyone else is? OSU is pretty much a non-entity for me. Pay attention, son.
