If I were the Magic and I have a signed contract, then it's BUYOUT time Billy.
You can buy your way out of your contract for 1/2 its value.
After all, if the students have to honor their LOI's, then it's only fair.
Interesting to note: On the ESPN Fan Nation poll, Ohio and Alaska are the only two states that vote for Florida not to take Donovan back (currently 49% for and 51% against).

Why would you want a Coach that doesn't want to coach there? If you force him to come, he's unhappy and coaches unhappy and then you and your fans are unhappy. The NBA is supposedly thinking about a five year ban from coaching any other NBA team for Donovan. That is an appropriate response that gets the point across for the future.transfer2BGSU wrote:If I were the Magic and I have a signed contract, then it's BUYOUT time Billy.
