I was typing the score, but Oregon scored again.

Its 31-7, with 3:03 left in the 2nd quarter.

Michigan looks like they are about ready to fold the tents and go home.

Not a banner year for the Big Ten so far.

This is just plain ugly.

Of course, the "Ugly Stick Award" goes to Temple, for being blown-out by BUFFALO. Good lord why did they sign Temple.

THIS is why I think pre-season rankings are ridiculous. Rankings should not come out until after the 3rd week.

Did someone piss off Oregon? They're not pulling off the dogs and are up by 32 and still passing all over the place.

What are the odds that Carr is fired this week?

Just an utter implosion. Nothing more, nothing less.

Carr's got to go. I don't think they have a choice at this point. Unless they run the table, he's gone.

Do they fire him mid-season? Or let him coach the seniors out?

He was one win away from playing for a national title last year. I don't see how he could possibly be fired this season.

I'll grant, there is a now a serious possibility Michigan may not qualify for a bowl. But, still.

Michigan hasn't played for a title in a decade. You're supposed to win titles at Michigan. He can't beat OSU or win a bowl game anymore. The discontent has been growing among the fan base for about 5 years now. I think the coffin's been nailed, and he'll "retire" at the end of this year.

They might have been one win away from a title on paper, but the record against Tressel's OSU teams, the recent bowl record, and his current four game implosion streak, doesn't leave a favorable impression.

Fair or not, Carr is getting the John Cooper treatment. But good things aside, the team is giving up, and just doesn't play well.
