Dang SFU has really upgraded that program down there big time to be able to go into Morgantown and beat a top 5 team in West Virgina. They've only been Div.1-A for only 11 years now. Must be nice to be a Florida team. They must be sucking in every Florida, FSU, and Miami(FL) reject recruit and putting together a pretty fast and talented team.
I can remember back in '03 when J5 and company went down there to play them. SFU was way beyond us even back then. Just another top flight "mid-major" school we should've had play here at the Doyt.

I don't understand your point, and even if I did, you're still inaccurate. We played them in '02 under Urbie. They weren't way beyond us then, and they knew it because when USF *was* scheduled to play here at the Doyt (

) the next year they wussed out over the summer.

Well, I guess my memory was a little sketchy then, but I do remember how SFU was beyond us in terms of speed and athleticism. Did they ever have to pay a penalty for that "wussing" out?
