Did not beat a team currently ranked in either poll.

Hawaii beat Boise State who is ranked.

Are you talking about OSU in football? Is that what the BCS has sorted out now? Or is this basketball?

it doesn't matter to anyone but you who is currently ranked. It is what they were ranked at the time they played that counts. The BCS doesn't take current rankings into account for anythng.

Purdue, Wisconsin, Michigan, Penn State, and maybe Michigan State (cant remember if they were or not) were all in the top 25.

Kansas lost to the only ranked team they ever played and they are in the BCS over Mizzou. That is what is rediculous.

And OSU is at best the number 5 team in the country, but since people like you like to use that big red O for your own perverse pleasures they get in with a schedule that is even worse than Kansas'.

P.S. You may have gotten to three Nat. Champs. in two years....but you are going to lose three as well! Let me put that in perspective for you...

Bills, Vikings

Falcons4Life, I am fairly certain OSU's schedule is not worse than Kansas. I am not going to defend the OSU schedule, but Kansas played like the 109th ranked schedule in division 1-A.

And it is pretty impressive for OSU to have played in three national championship games in two years, as your post says, but this will be three in 6 years and in case you forgot they beat Miami in one of those games.

Hawaii beat Boise State who is ranked.

Hawaii beat powers such as

I-AA Northern Colorado and Charleston Southern

Three additional wins were against the mighty powers of Utah State, New Mexico State, and Idaho with a combined record of 7-30.

I like having Non-BCS schools in the BCS games, but Hawaii is going to get rolled like an empty keg out of a frat house.

Obviously. I mean, just look at the last 2 non-BCS teams to get into a BCS game.

Err, wait.

Hey smart guy...

Utah actually had a formidable schedule when they went in and destroyed a weak Pitt team.

Utah beat BCS teams Texas AM and Arizona, and I'd venture to say that the MWC is a bit better than the WAC.

Be that as it may, Boise State also was a team that I could see winning against oklahoma last year, based on their schedule, talent and the fact that they don't need crooked refs like Hawaii to win games.

Do a little reserach about Hawaii and the refs, and you'll see that those refs are all bit a little to familiar with the program. How else do you get away with high fiving a ref in the washington game on Saturday? Who else in college football does that?

You are an idiot. first off, people like me don't vote. Dont blame me for everyone else losing two or more games. Dont blame me that OSU only had one loss and won the Big Ten. Dont blame me that the coaches poll put OSU @ #1. Dont blame me that they are #1 in the BCS. People like me have nothing to do with it.

Second. it is OSU's 3rd in 6 years and they are currently 1-1 in those games so I don't know what the f**k that has to do with the Bills or the Vikings. Moron.

Kansas = no wins vs. top 25 teams. OSU = 4 maybe 5 if MSU was ranked but I can not remember.

Want to put schedules into comparison?? OSU has 5 wins against teams with a winning record. USC The media's super darling only had two wins against teams with a winning record. They lost to a team with only 4 wins in Stanford.

Only team to have more wins against teams with winning records is LSU who has 6. But they also have two losses to teams currently unranked. I now current rankings have nothing to do with the BCS formula but in comparison to OSU's loss it does not look so hot for LSU.

OSU's only loss was to a BCS team. No one else can say the same.

Say what you will, but OSU is in the game. Win or lose they are in the game.
